This month finished off the construction progress of The MAC.
The final shoot will take place in six weeks, with the building being used by the public. With Spring on our doorstep, hopefully this will mean good skies for some interesting night shots.

Titanic Belfast will be launching in March of this year. I’m happy to announce that the opening exhibition will comprise of a selection of my construction and portraiture work from the past year.
The exhibition will also be shared with Chris Heaney, another belfast photographer who has been onsite since Oct 2011. Chris currently has an amazing exhibition of the Harland & Wolff Drawing Offices in The Ulster Hall in Belfast, finishing on the 3rd March.

Ye Banks & Braes – A burns Night Celebration!
The Burns night was hosted by the Ulster Scots in Belfast city centre last night. Lots of Haggis, shortbread and a Burns reading thrown in for good luck.
Naturally, it rained but the Piper didn’t mind

As I’ve spent the last few hours sorting out images for the new website, I thought I’d get a few together as a summary of some of the jobs I worked on in 2011. It was a great year with some really challenging shoots. Titanic Belfast proved to be one of the more memorable jobs. Construction photography can be difficult. No matter what the weather throws at you, you have to produce solid images every time, making a construction site look …. interesting. One of my favourite images is of the building at night, framed with the arm of a JCB …. lovely!
One day of sun this week has finally finished off the job at Queens. Even managed a cool night sky!
