Client: TODD Architects & WIREFOX

The Paper Exchange is a major 11-storey speculative Grade A office development on Chichester Street, Belfast. Introduced to the scheme by developer Wirefox after planning permission had been secured, Todd Architects undertook a thorough design review to resolve issues affecting commercial viability.

The imagery captures the reconfigured building with a centralised office core, increasing lettable area to 150,000 sq ft. The long principal façade is articulated into two identifiable elements, separated by a set-back entrance feature. Two-storey high glazed screens sit behind a colonnade, creating a welcoming base, while the office accommodation above features a staggered arrangement of aluminium panels, powder coated to resemble corten steel, with a set-back fully glazed two-storey penthouse.

This project demonstrates the successful collaboration between Todd Architects and Wirefox, combining architectural design excellence with commercial and functional efficiency.
