Client: Farren Architects

The new Sean Dolan Sports Pavilion, designed by Farren Architects extends existing clubhouse facilities and includes a state-of-the-art indoor arena with a 3G sports surface. Located in a densely populated residential area, the project responds sensitively to its context, providing a positive and uplifting addition to the community while complementing the existing brick pavilion. This project demonstrates careful planning to work with public funding and the guidance of a large club committee, balancing functional sports provision with community engagement.

The imagery captures the multi-purpose spaces, including training and exercise areas, dance and social rooms, meeting facilities, and supporting plant and toilets. The design creates a versatile hub for sport, recreation, and social gatherings, reflecting the club’s central role in the local community.
