I met Stephen early 2018 after attending one of his cookery classes (which was amazing, by the way). I had approached him because he mentioned that he was in the process of writing a new book and asked if he was interested in any photography. We agreed a two day shoot but as there was no access to natural light, these were all shot with the Profoto and various reflectors.

The book was launched in the summer of this year – my first food publication. Delighted with the images and, of course, the beautiful food!!!
